Delivery to the proposed position
Describe where the cabin is intended to sit and how vehicles reach that area. Mention gates, narrow entrances, shared access, overhead restrictions and any other site work that affects the route.
Include existing access measurements if available. Identify details that still need assessment, including the proposed placement and lifting arrangements. A clear description helps separate confirmed site information from unresolved transport requirements.
Moving an existing cabin
For relocation, provide the cabin’s recorded dimensions and weight if known, along with its current location and destination. Describe whether it is a single unit or part of a connected arrangement.
Mention services connected to the cabin and any removal or disconnection work already arranged. Do not move, disconnect or investigate equipment to gather details for the enquiry.
Collection at the end of hire
Include your expected collection date and any deadline for clearing the space. Access conditions may have changed since delivery, particularly where fencing, stored materials or other temporary buildings now occupy the site.
Explain who can coordinate site access and whether collection depends on other work. If the date is provisional, state the expected project milestone.
Discuss the transport scope
Use the contact form to describe the delivery, collection or relocation required. Include the relevant postcodes, cabin information you already hold, preferred dates and known access restrictions.
